| Is it Federal law to allow persons 21+ only to use the gun range? I'm currently 19 and I possess a FOID card in the state of Illinois. Since I am of legal age to purchase/possess a rifle, shouldn't I be able to use it at the range without being 21? Can gun ranges set up their own rules on age minimums? |
There is no federal age restriction on gun range useage. Of course a private business can set up its own rules, why would they not be able to? |
