Is it legal to sell high cap mags to a resident of NJ if they give you a PA address to ship to? I just want to cover my a$$. Thanks, Bradd |

Talk about a grey area! Your customer can posess them in hi-cap configuration in PA and be perfectly legal. PA laws apply in PA (is that too obvious to say?). Before they get transported into NJ, they have to be blocked to 15 rounds or less to be fully compliant with NJ laws. It would seem like you're ok to ship to PA no matter where this guy lives. It would then be up to him to be legal whan he transports the mags. Not a lawyer, just MHO. This has to be one of the most ignored laws on the face of the earth. My mags are blocked but no one has ever even hinted at asking. Even guys that I know are cops. The sight of a 30 round mag (blocked internally & invisibly) has never even raised an eyebrow. Norm |

It's legal to ship them to NJ. NJ law requires them to be blocked to 15 rounds or less. Just cut some wood and stuff it in the bottom of the mag, ship'em to NJ. Besides, it's his responsibility to obey his laws. I don't see how NJ laws can be applicable to citizens of other states. |
