Does anyone know what the legally acceptable method is to fix a telestock to be postban legal?  Is there an ATF opinion on this?

I don't know how you can legally make your own "fixed telestock" as they're being called,  but I have two--one in the fully collapsed positon, as well as a fully extended one. Both appear to have been thoroughly epoxied as well as blind-pinned. However, I do know that the company who made them (don't recall the name) had to get ATF approval to sell them, and you may be able to order one in the length you want. There was an earlier thread on this, a month or two ago. You might be able to locate it by using search.
