I, somehow, happened upon this website which is selling a service. I have no association with this site. Does anyone here have any experience with this attorney? I got my trust through the very site you mentioned. The attorney who runs it is in Florida. He typically coordinates with an attorney in your state. He makes sure that the trust meets any federal trust requirements, and the state-specific attorney covers the particulars for your state. The trust is quite lengthy, and has a large list of instructions about purchasing NFA items through the trust, record keeping, adding or removing trustees, what to send with your NFA application, etc. Two of my NFA items are owned through this trust. It's a bit on the expensive side, but it was solid. I had a couple of questions, and called the firm. David Goldman, the attorney, answered the phone and we talked for a few minutes. No regrets here. |
