Quick question, if this ban on "assault weapons" and high-capacity magazines is passed. What about belt-fed conversions, and weapons? I mean if it's totally legal I can see a lot of companies offering AR15 beltfed conversions such as Valkyrie Arms.

Belts, feed strips or, an assembly of disintegrating links able to hold more than 10rds will be deemed large capacity ammunition feeding devices and therefor banned.
