Its a pretty bad idea to get trust language from the internet.    This is because of two different problems really.

The first is that editing up a document you do not understand leads to disasterous mistakes.  Invalid trusts are created or trusts with tax consequences.

Secondly, if you don't know how to use a trust, it is a failure. I often get paid more to deal with a situation where someone "created" a trust then failed to use it correctly than I would have charged to write the trust and correctly advise the client in the first place.
