| So, I'm using outlook 2003. I want to get my email on my PDA, on laptop, and my desktop. Can I set my desktop to download from my work account, but leave the mail on the server, and just delete it when I download via my laptop? Also, can I sync my laptop and desktop once a week or so to swap my "My Documents" folder? |

Quoted:
yes.

Tools>Email Accounts> Click radio button "view or change existing email accounts" then click Next. Highlight the email account you want to control> Click change>More Settings, and pick the "advanced" tab. Check or uncheck "leave a copy of message on the server". |

If I sync my desktop and laptop, will all my contacts and tasks show up on both too? How do I do that? |
