[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bought a LCP today... (Page 1 of 2)
| Thats a great price. Here they are 260.00. We just got some 380 in town, 14.75, but then there's a 6% tax. I've purchased 5 so far. Accurate too. I load 3 gr. 231 for plinking and training kids and all. Accuracy load at 3.2/231, but don't know how long the guns last at this load. Enjoy!! |

I keep putting it off. They are $299 right now at the local dealer. It's this or the Rohrbaugh 380.

Quoted: Quoted: P3AT- No slide hold open after last shot or manually LCP- No slide hold open after last shot but has a button on the side to hold the slide back manually after racking the slide. Correction - I think you have it backwards. You should look closer at your pistol. |

In this case I'm glad to be wrong. |

I wish the LCP had the slide hold open that the Kel Tec has, oh well... wait the lcp dosent have that, this was the only reason i was getting this over the kel tec The slide doesn't lock back on the last round, but it does have a manually activated slide lock. |

Funny thing is, I was actually thinking of buying my first 1911 today. Nobody had anything decent, and I said heck, might as well just get an LCP while it's in stock and less than $400. They were asking $429 the last gun show. It's kinda neat, almost like a real gun. |

I as many others are probably not shocked. Do research before you buy a gun and you'll know far more about it than most gun shop employees. |

Normally I'm all over research before buying. This was kind of an impulse buy. Kind of like, "well see you guys later - oh, wait I guess I'll take the LCP..." Then while I'm doing paperwork someone calls asking for a LCP, the guy has the balls to say he might - if this guy buying the last one gets turned down on the background check... He knew if I got turned down he had a buyer for $389. I was like ![]() ETA - I'll check out that Rock Island 1911.. |
