So much for protecting his client. Get's his ass knocked down on the ground by a news reporter... http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=f8b_1264779405 |
| The reporter was quite aggressive and came barreling up on the principal's right side, partially blocking the BGs sight lines. Old dude too, but looked to be in decent shape. Reporter went nuclear stupid tussling with the BG. BG then compounded it by not qucikly disengaging or taking the reporter to the ground. But he would've been slammed in the press for excessive force. Looked like the BG didn't have sufficient situational awareness. BG should've had a secure location to load the principal into the vehicle. Fail all around. |

For someone who was just pushed over the curb he sure didn't shit about it, when the guy who did it was right there. Seems like one of those people who just act tough. Um realistically he did his job, i.e. protect the principal... If he beat the shit out of the dude that shoved him, he woulda ended up in court minimally or likely jail... |

I remember seeing a bodyguard for Britney spears on the news some asshole paparrazi was running up to her in the airport and her bodyguard threw up his elbow right into the guys faces as he was running so it looked like the paparrazi ran into it by accident. The guy fell onto the ground and they kept walking..Very smooth takedown with no worries of assault.... |
| Joe Alu, is a Plantation police officer who was severely injured in a domestic call in 1995. He's still a reserve officer for the department, who is packing heat. His ex-wife is Sheila Alu, Sunrise city commissioner, prosecutor in the state attorney's office, and lately, FBI informant on Broward political corruption. |

yeah,
you'll notice the "other" bodyguards quickly stepped up and got the woman into the car while Hulk Hogan held onto the reporter as he went down - tying him up momentarily and then kicking/pushing him down and away. There were 2-3 other guards there getting the woman into the vehicle. My only concern was Hulk appeared to be somewhat "shaken" after getting up - he spent a lot of time looking for equipment in the grass while the principle sat in a minivan for a good 15 seconds before leaving. Oh well. |
| could have gone better sure, but principal was secured. My only question is why didn't another bodyguard step up and get behind the wheel instead of waiting on him? key's were already in the ignition. that and we're hindsight/armchair quarterbacking, but hopefully they have an AAR and fix it for the future |
