Based off a recipe photokirk posted a while back.  I usually mess with the veggie mix, depending on what is in the garden and at the store.  It's pretty hard to fuck this one up, though.

Feeds 6-8 easily

Ingredients:
5 lbs flank steak
Worcestershire sauce
Texas BBQ Rub:  http://www.texasbbqrub.com/
Minced garlic
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon dried oregano
3 cans beef broth
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 large onion
1 green bell pepper
1 pablano pepper
1 red bell pepper
4 jalapeno peppers

Directions:

Rub the flank steak down in the Worcestershire sauce and then the dry rub.  Smoke for about 3 hours at 225-250 degrees.  Cut or tear the meat into roughly 1” chunks.

Cook down the onions and peppers.

Add all the ingredients, reserving one can of broth in the pot.  Simmer for 90 minutes, partially covered.  Add the remainder of the broth and simmer for another hour.  Add more flour to thicken the chili, if necessary.  If too thick, add water or more beef broth.  Add cayenne for more heat, if necessary.

This is my 'Powderkeg Chili'
Some people find it a little 'spicy'

2 pounds of London Broil, diced into 3/8" cubes
4 medium white onions, diced up nice and fine
1 bulb of garlic, similarly diced
40 dried Arbol chiles, turned to powder in the food processor
10 dried Arbol chiles, diced up nice and fine
2 large Jalapeños, diced
2 Habaneros, diced up nice and fine
Cumin, and chili powder - no real measurement, just what looks and tastes right.
2 Large bell peppers, diced up like the Jalapeños
1 large can of stewed tomatoes,
Large Can of Beef Broth
¼ cup of molasses
Add Masa to thicken.
