Submitted for ARFCOM's approval, my lunch

Presented with a FN FS2000 and reload, Steyr M9-A1 with two reloads and a Microtech Currahee.
Iced tea and a very spicy bloody Mary to drink.

A slightly larger then one pound cut of grain fed Indiana top sirloin, seasoned with three kinds of pepper and kosher salt and seared with olive oil. Presented with cilantro and drizzled with lime juice. I also sautéed a vidalia onion with olive oil and soy sauce as a side.

The paper napkins (and silverware) I have are really ugly, ergo not in the picture. Tough crowd, lol

Pfft.

Don't need a fork or napkin.  Thats what the knife is for. . . .

I'd normally give such a meal a 9/10, but since you used that Styer and FS2000, that bumps it down to an 8.25 /10.

There's another problem that bumps it down to my score of a 2.5/10, and thats cause you didn't save some for me.

Your table, chairs, and that metal rack with cardboard boxes on it are also ugly. That didn't stop you from posting those though.

With that said, I'd eat it. 10/10

God, this is what I miss about living up there!

Armed_scientist, I would have given you a 7/10 for the lack of a napkin and silverware.  However, that looks like damned fine lunch fare to me so I rate it a 9.5/10.  Nice work as always!
