Anyone have some plans to build a shadowbox big enough for medals, folded flag, patches, and pictures?

Any pictures of your shadowboxes too.

Shadowboxs are not really used for what you are describing. They are "Forced Prospective" frames for what we model builders use when building a certain type of diorama.

This is what he's talking about and they're called "shadow boxes".

I'll see if I can dig up some pics of the ones I've made. Not really plans per se as I've done them custom for retiring buddies and each has been unique and sized special. They're not complex though.

I like the boxes that have the flag folded in the corner. I only have three medals so it could take up some of the room.

How do you fit the front glass, in a dadoed groove or just blocked in?
