It will work if you do it and your diet doesn't suck...problem is it is marketed to people that are in shit shape and don't realize how much work is involved in the program. I would consider it good for cutting but don't expect to put on the muscle you see in the commercials. also, don't buy it new. You can buy copies for nothing on ebay from people that bought it and never used it...or you can download a copy for free if you roll like that. |
