| An early indicator of his smugness was the day after "Joe the Plumber" caught him telling the truth about redistribution. He was talking to the crowd about "Joe" and in a rare show of human emotion he smiled smugly and kicked his head back as he asked the crowd "How many of you have ever heard of a plumber making 80K ?? a year?" He had a creepy smugness about him there that indicated to me he was really thinking ( there's no way a lowly tradesman should be earning 80K and if he is we need to take more of his take home and hand it out as walking around money to the peoples). That 10sec exchange with citizen "Joe" was off the prompter and organic. It shows more insight into the man than two years of questions by professional jounalists. |
