| This will be the first year I will have to do one. 10 years ago I was 15, so my parents did that stuff not me. So, do they come in the mail or do census workers go door to door? I live in a decent neighborhood of which my house has a gate all around it. Its an automatic gate so they have to have the opener to get onto the property if they do go door to door. |

I've only received the forms in the mail. Never had anyone knock on my door.
BTW, I only intend to answer the question about how many people live in my house. My skin color, the number of toilets in my house, and how much money I make are irrelevant. The census should be about counting noses, not divvying up federal pork based on subjective standards. |

They'll mail them. Last time they said they'd come door to door if you didn't complete the form, or didn't fill it out completely, but I only answered the things I wanted to and never heard back.
FWIW, I use census data a lot in genealogy research I do for people. Make sure you include anything that would be important to your descendents (ie, military service, immigration if applicable, etc.) |

When the Democrat who first implemented socialism in the US wanted to imprison the Japanese he got the data from the Census.
Now we have another Democrat who wants to implement socialism. The answer to my Census form is "2 people live here." If they do catch up to you, the answer should be only how many people live there. It's illegal for them to even tell the Justice department you didn't answer. So no one can even prosecute you. |
