A few of the threads over the holidays seem to have brought it to my attention that there are probably a lot more Jewish members here than meets the eye.
Please say I am just mildly curious as to what the Arfcom Jewish population is here. I will be honest and admit that for quite some time I thought the majority of Jews in this country were liberals, as in the stereotyped New York sense. Please sound off in my poll and maybe every so often someone might bump it to keep it going so those that are not on line caould have a chance to answer the poll. Thanks. |

Is this about knowing who the armed Jews are? Are we making a list?
They are over represented at ARFCOM. They make up 2 percent of the U.S. and 1/4 of 1 percent of the world's, yet 5 to 6 percent of ARFCOM. Is this part of their takeover the world scheme? Hmmmmmmm |

I'm sorry but if you're Muslim, then GTFO Nice.
That being said, I doubt the two that voted for Muslim are Muslim. I also find it odd that there are hardly any Hindus here. I know there won't be many, but compared to the other minority religions, there aren't many on here. Sikhs should be included as well. Since they have that tradition about carrying knives, I'd think many would update that to firearms to. ETA: I also find it odd that atheists are in 2nd place as of now. |

I'm sure this has come up before, but any ideas why atheists are so well represented here? I'd like to know as well. Maybe more and more people aren't religious anymore. Seems to be the trend. Maybe, but the general population is not even close to ~30% atheists/agnostics |

Quoted: I was put through sunday school, my parents were christian, I became athiest, now I believe there is a god but choose not to be affiliated with any religon. Which i guess is agnostic ![]() Believing in god but not being affiliated with a particular religion isn't agnosticism; it is spiritualism. Agnosticism is to be unsure whether there is or is not a god. |
