God damned piece of shit water districts. One hour prior to bid time, the cocksuckers postpone the bid for a week. All of our numbers went out already, and I know some shitstain is going to leak my number to the competition. So now I get to spend the next week trying to cut my quote down even further. Why in the everloving fuck would you postpone a bid at the last minute like that.
