Just read on Foxnews.com about the Ret Army Col in Virginia
who was being sued by his home owners association to take
down his flagpole! Looks like he will be able to keep it up after
a huge hoopla, which brings the question to mind who in there
right mind would like in a community with a home owners
association? Can't think of one good reason unless you were
scaried and wanted to live behind a gate, other than that
it just sounds like more money going out of your pocket for
BS you have little too no control over.

I did it for the equity.




They are a HUGE pain in the ass though. When I built my own fence for example.. ffs.. that was a lot of bullshit paperwork.



AND EVERYONE in a HoA is a tattletale. House is worth a lot more than what I paid for it though.
