Quoted: I've got the same exact watch. Its nice, but can be had a lot cheaper. Yeah I would think Kay is one of the worst places to buy a watch... but admittedly, I haven't priced these. I just know that mall rent is fucking high, someone is payin' for that... and it ain't Kay. |

Quoted: No, a nice watch makes you look like a refined adult, instead of a teenage girl constantly checking her cell phone for a new text. There's no carrying involved, it straps to your wrist.No. Use your phone. A watch just makes you look wealthy and would attract thieves to you since you have more stuff. Then again, I grew up with cell phones, so I don't see the need to carry another thing when I have a device that already does the samething. ![]() Get the Citizen. I have an Eco-Drive almost exactly like that one, and it's a nice watch. Defintiely get on the Chronoshark.com e-mail list. They have some great deals. |

I saw this one for sale on another forum and am very tempted by it, but I don't have $425 bucks, and don't want to pay extra for an atomic radio feature that only works in japan. Sapphire crystal, eco drive, hardened anti scratch titanium band/case, bright lume on the numbers and hands ... sweet. http://img44.imageshack.us/img44/8058/picturesofthings046.jpg That's sweet! Link or model number? |

| Not a bad looking watch at all, but can you budget more? I picked up a Tag Heuer 5 years ago at a pawn shop for $500, it was a $2k watch new. A little more subdued, doesn't have the extra dials, but it really says classy. I wear it pretty much 24/7 except when I'm working on equipment. Still looks new, no scratches in the crystal, accurate as hell and hasn't needed a battery yet. Still, that is a good looking Citizen, and $200 isn't bad. |

Quoted: If Citizen Ecodrive is what you want this is it: http://www.chronomaster.co.uk/B154_Citizen_eco_zilla_S_2.jpg Great watch... if you can pull it off. On my wrist, it looks silly. For a big guy though... very cool.

If you are under 33, go for it. If you are over, get one of the simpler ones posted down the page. While it may be a nice looking watch, you won't be able to use it when your eyes got tango-uniform. And that happens around 40... TXL |

Citizen at0810-55x. Seems like $225 is about the lowest price you'll find on it. Might want to pick it up from some place like Amazon to avoid paying sales tax. I agree. Were I the OP, I would buy that watch from Bluedial.com. It's $225 but it includes free 2-day shipping and (more importantly) free resizing of the band to the OP's wrist. That will save you a trip to the watch repair shop and some cash. There are some watches that are very easy to resize yourself (e.g. Orient) but others are not so easy (e.g. Seiko), at least not without tools. |

Get an Eco Drive. If not that one, they have hundreds of other designs. This one is mine:
http://www.timebooth.com/wordpress/2008/06/14/2716.html Kay is a horrible place to look for "value". ChronoShark is your friend. |

To the folks talking about using your cellphone, I'm too poor and cheap to buy myself a watch, but I like wearing watches a hell of a lot more than pulling out the phone. And with the phone, you can't look at it to check your time during tests either. Yep, watches are still better. |
