Can we close the fucking border yet??? PORT CHESTER — A 3-month-old is in stable condition with a skull fracture after a Port Chester man allegedly slammed her to the ground when her crying disturbed his watching soccer on TV, police said today. Jose Cruz, 26, of 360 William St., the boyfriend of the woman baby-sitting the infant at the William Street apartment, was left alone with the child briefly sometime between noon and 6:15 p.m. Saturday , police said Tuesday. During that time, Cruz picked up the baby, still in a plastic seat, and slammed her down causing her head to bang against the seat back when her crying disturbed his watching a soccer game, police said. Not until around 7 p.m., about a half hour after the child's 21-year-old mother took her home, did the mother notice redness and swelling on the back of the child's head and take her to Greenwich Hospital. There she was diagnosed with a skull fracture and transferred to Westchester Medical Center. Greenwich Hospital called police reporting a suspicious injury, according to a police press release today. Cruz was charged with reckless assault of a child, a felony, Monday night after investigation by police and the District Attorney's Office established what had happened, police said. The baby sitter, a relative of the injured child, was not involved in the injury, police said. The little girl remained hospitalized in stable condition. Cruz was to be arraigned today. Federal authorities have also issued a detainer on him subject to a hearing on his immigration status |

Federal authorities have also issued a detainer on him subject to a hearing on his immigration status, at which time he will be have all charges suspended and be released back onto the streets on his own recognizance, where he will continue to give back to society by selling stolen oranges, heroin, and continue to bash the skulls of small children. Obama should invite the baby sitter's boyfriend and the mother of the child to the White House for a couple of beers.
When you think my comment is stupid, think about the stupidity of Obama in intervening in local police disputes! This comes from the mentality of 1. no child left behind; 2. come let's reason together, 3. it takes a village, and 4. everything will be hunkie dorie if people just talk things out. Your federal government does not prosecute an illegal until he has been arrested and deported on five previous occasions. If you don't believe me, contact your ineffective Homeland Insecurity Office in Washington,DC. Your government does such a good job that you cannot walk at night in the nation's capitol. |
