Hug your Children Young and Old and never forget how precious and fragile life is.....
The National Park Service has released its report on the Death of 18 year old Andy Palmer, who was killed by a falling tree last July 2008. Andy had graduated from Port Townsend, Washington High School in June of 2008...six weeks before he was killed. I read the entire 115 page report last night with my son Noah. It brought tears to my eyes and his. Son Joshua refused to participate in our discussion about the tragic death of his classmate. True to "Reports"..... Lots of CYA written into the report(ing) In my opinion.....A Tragic CLUSTERF#*K of errors that cost that young man untold suffering and sadly ,his Life. Makes my guts churn. RIP Andy.
