I am so fucking tired of a company with such a great selection of goods being so fucking useless. Monday I ordered a metric shit ton of stuff. I get the fucking email that one item is backordered, and that it is expected soon. Last time I got that message the item never came in and they would not return my fucking emails to either cancel the one item that was backordered or to cancel the whole fucking order. I tried calling Monday and the lines were off, online help was off, email is never responded to. So I send an email asking for the keykeeper to be cancelled and to just ship the other items. Apparently they had a shipment come in Tuesday and the item was available. At that point I felt like an ass, but out of past experience I did not feel like waiting months for my stuff because one item was not in. So last night I'm sitting there and check my email and shipping confirmations start popping up from AIM, Larue, County Comm, and then I get two from LAPG. At first I thought it was just a duplicate shipping confirmation, but no. The motherfuckers filled my one order and then somehow interpreted please cancel the keykeeper so that the order can be filled to mean that I wanted a 2nd keykeeper and then they took it upon themselves to fill a seperate order and charge me for the item and shipping. So now I have the order I placed on the way, and an extra keykeeper that cost me 19 bucks that I never ordered. FUCK FUCK FUCK. This is the 3rd time I have either had to cancel an order because the will not respond about cancelling backorders or just don't give a shit. For the record nothing I bought was on clearance or firesales they have. The backorder thing really rubs me raw, but the using my credit card number to place a second order just pisses me the fuck off. I'm going to wait until the package gets here, and if that is what happened I will be calling them and my bank. This is fucking bullshit.

The fact that they do not have live inventory blows my mind. The extra work that they must do to avoid a simple solution must be unimaginable. I'm going to do the adult thing and wait until monday comes, I'll take pictures of the boxes and the items in them. Then get a copy of my bank statement and the confirmation emails and then allow them to fix their fuck up or I'll go to my bank, and the Police. I do not take someone placing an order without my consent, or atleast calling to confirm what they are doing, very lightly. Also will file a complaint with the BBB. I know it won't do shit, but other people should be made aware of this shit.

| On the other hand AIM, Larue, County Comm, and Mooney's Firearms are all fucking spectacular guys to order from. Order Confirmations came in immediately after I ordered, and shipping confirmations came in shortly after. Will do business with all of these guys again. Oh and Mooney's has the Magpul Bad Lever In stock. |

yep. I've had the same issue with other companies that don't actually have all the stock available. It's a risky order if they are on backorder cause it's usually the place where they are getting the product from that's backordered and they can''t do anything on how the other place restocks. I've ordered a few items from LAPG that were just too good to pass up on the deals from the closeout bins and I was lucky that it came relatively on time.
They should really have an option in the checkout where you give permission to ship in stock items before backordered items so your not waiting months for a huge order because of a keychain. At least that's what Magpul does - you get double charged for the s/h, but I would've had to wait over 5 months for my DVD vol.2 from Magpul if they waited to ship it when the grip core was back in stock. i actually forgot that I ordered the core til it came in 5 months later. |

I've had some unexpected delays when ordering from them, but since I'm not being deployed and have more time to kill I don't care about backorder delays, etc. IIRC you can put comments in when ordering such as "cancel B.O.'s and ship instock items".
Are the items being ordered really so important that being pissed over delays is warranted? Then find a vendor with them in stock and pay full retail! Paladin |

They boned me a couple of times 1-returned some stuff, they kept it and never credited my account 2-placed and order and cancelled it-they ran the order through anyway and charged me months later 3-ordered a pouch in foliage,, they sent me od green with "foliage discontinued' written on the packing slip. |
| In my personal experience, both times I have tried buying from them in the past the items were backordered and when or if they came in my other items were then backordered. I waited 4 months for an order of all full price gear and finally had to cancel. My problem is not the BO, rather it is the fact that they placed an order with my CC that I did not authorize. |
| My biggest problem with them is their "clearance" section. When an item is listed there for over 3 years, is restocked as it is sold out and will be backordered and hold up the rest of your order if its not in stock then its not really clearance. They do have a lot of actual clearance items listed usually but a good number aren't. |
| I bought 7 pair of the FUBAR pants for the wife and I. Two pair have completely failed in the stitch department. One pair the crotch came completely out, and the other pair the belt loops are falling off. They were billed as cosmetic defects only, but they SUCK. I am going to stick with the name brand stuff from now on. |
| I placed an order with them once, I think for like 3 items. They surprisingly had two of the items in stock, but wouldnt ship the order because of the one backordered item. When I placed the order, there was no mention of any items being backordered. When I emailed (surprisingly they answered) them to cancel the order, they generously offered to ship me the two in stock items and then ship the backordered item...and I would have to pay for shipping twice. I kindly declined their offer and canceled the order. I will never order from them again. |

I ordered from the back in May while in Iraq (to a US address). One item was back-ordered but they shipped anyway. About a month later I finally get a box, it was the wrong order (some guy in HI?). I called them, got kinda upset - after hours of being on hold. I spoke to a PR Rep, she re-sent my order, shipped for free, and in less than a week I got a box with my entire original order and some freebies. Everything I got was, of course, in excellent condition and I was pleased with everything I got. Not the greatest experience, but it was easily corrected and when I come home for leave I had a bunch of new clothes to wear that I got very cheap. It was great. I will order from them again... benefit of the doubt I suppose. |
I ordered five of their "tactical" shorts. The ad said they "run a size small". I normally wear a size 29 waist, so I ordered a size 32 waist. They are STILL TOO SMALL, which means they are like a size 27 waist. And the crotch is so short that my package is straining against the material like some C cup girl in a shirt made for As. If I bend over I rack myself.

Again you paid what? 14.99 for them? I looked at them as a limited risk. There was a chance they would suck but I and my 5 other friends who bought them as well lucked out I guess |

I ordered three pairs of the fubar tac pants and they came at least a size smaller than advertised,far smaller than similar sized 511 pants. I called and no refunds allowed on the pants, so I'm out 50 bucks. Guess its a good excuse to drop a few pounds Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

I have no problems with them. I like their clearance prices, and their closeout page says this: "Please be aware that the closeout items are in limited supply. If these items are out of stock on your order, they will be cancelled off of your order without notice in order to expedite the shipment of in stock items." |

At least one individual has tested a pair and had them fall apart after a few cycles through the washing machine without ever having been actually worn. For some reason, people see a company do something like that and think that there is nothing wrong with it and then act all surprised when they find out that a company that is willing to openly rip off another company will rip off customers as well. |

I feel your pain. I just got the last of an order that I placed mid-August. I'm done with LAPG. Customer service won't do any good when you talk to them, the back-ordered stuff will always be coming in in 1-2 weeks. I've heard the 1-2 weeks line before from these guys, turned out to be 3 MONTHS!! I asked them why the hell the don't keep a running inventory up as it would encourage me to order from them WITH CONFIDENCE. My business has since turned to other vendors.
