If I am dead on at 20 meters , where will the bullet impact at 100 yards?

[#1]
depends on weight and velocity

should be within 4-8"

Not so much.  More critical is sight height.

So if you are doing a 20 meter zero , at 100 yards you would aim for the belt line for a COM hit?

Just zero at 50 yards. At 100 yards you'll be about 1.5" high. You'll be dead on at 200 M.

But yeah, as others have already mentioned, if you insist on zeroing at 20 yards, you'll be about 4" high at 100 yards.
