If a 15 year old admits to being drunk, what is their punishment?
I know states vary, but what is the general punishment?

Need more info.

If the person says "hey last we I was drunk." likely nothing will happen. If they ARE drunk and either admit to it or are proven to have a BAC (like with a preliminary breath test) then, at least in Michigan it would be considered Minor in Possesion/under the influence which is a 93day Misdemenor with maybe up to a $500 fine.

Going rate in our town (college town) for MIP first offense is if you take a 4 hour alcohol class the charge is dropped. Second offense I think they are handing out $150 fines. Never heard of anyone around here actually getting sentenced to jail.

Under age Drunk Driving is a whole nother ball of wax.
