1. If you are in fact a military officer, as you postulate in other threads, then you would probably be smart enough to do a google search and find this information on your own.
2. Your handle, "Army EOD" which I suspect is a complete and total fabrication, means you would have exhaustive knowledge on the composition of HME because it is a very real threat overseas.
