[#5]
Depends.

I like Moose Head and Molson Ice, but Labatt Blue fucking SUCKS.
10/5/2009 7:26:57 PM EDT
[#6]
Molson is one of the best of the inexpensive beers out there, far ahead of bud/miller/coors and comparable with Yuengling.

Labatt is terrible.

Unibroue up in Quebec brews the finest Belgian-style beers this side of the Atlantic.

It's fucking awesome! Better than that watered down piss you guys drink. I'm drinking some right now actually, James Ready 5.5 brewed right in Niagara Falls.

Molson is like a nicer stronger version of Budwieser. Almost reminds me of Belgian ales for some reason as I get this rounder mouth feel.

Moosehead isn't good, but it's decent as far as pale lagers are concerned.

Yeah, Labatt Blue sucks.

Molson Golden is pretty good
10/5/2009 7:33:27 PM EDT

Molson tastes much better in Canada than it does in the US.

10/5/2009 7:51:19 PM EDT

Not as good as Guinness.

That is what I was told when I first learned about Molson. I was told it had to do with the lack of preservatives or something.

The other reason I love Labatts is that it is dirt cheap compared to what I used to pay in Canada.

I like some canadian beer from time to time, but I mostly drink Colorado Kool aid.

The best alcohol  to come out of canada is crown royal.
10/5/2009 8:13:51 PM EDT
[#27]
Another good Canadian beer is Molson Triple X.  7.3% alcohol

Granville Island Brewery has several very good pours I really like their Scotch and Porter

It's the same as with American. Dump it and buy the whiskey.

I will be in Canada at the end of this week and I plan on bringing back some......

Schlemans....... FTW....... good stuff.

I own that on DVD. Easily one of the worst movies ever made.

Its not nice to step on thin skinned Canadian toes, it takes a lot of hard work to piss all that stuff.

We don't drink beer anymore since cherry Kook-Aid came out.

We have kegs of it.

10/6/2009 5:27:03 AM EDT
[#42]
Kokanee FTW !
10/6/2009 5:39:23 AM EDT

I"m not a fan.  We can usualyl get a decent selection of it here in NY State.  I can't stand Labatt Blue (or any other flavor of Labbats).  Molson Canadian is ok, but I'd still drink Coors over that.

I'll have to try the Moose Head though.

I drink Elsinore all the time.

Seriously, Moosehead is pretty good, IMO.

Labatts and Molson are OK. Drinkable, but they won't sway me away from what I currently drink.

Alexander Kieth's is highly potable.

Unibroue is excellent but it's more expensive here in the States than it should be.  Fuck taxes.  I'm partial to the Trois Pistoles but they make several other great beers.

Canada's macro stuff isn't any better or worse than ours is.  If I had to pick, Molson has the best lineup overall and LaBatt has the best flagship.

canadian beer sucks
10/6/2009 6:02:26 AM EDT

No.  I just enjoy the higher alcohol content of American beer when I'm in Canada.

Molson Original is inexpensive, and beats out just about every US domestic lager.

I'm having trouble figuring out how you accidentally typed "worst" instead of "best" because the keys aren't even really next to each other.
