So Ive been delivering pizzas for mr jims. Well everyones cool except for the manager. She a short little redheaded bitch who has sand in her vag.
I come to work do what needs to be done and deliver pizzas, there are times when there is nothing to do and we stand around and talk or something. Well one day a couple weeks ago, we were really busy, I am somewhat new so I just stayes out of the way. Well there were a shit ton of pizzas coming out of the oven with no one to catch them so I stepped up. It was all going good until I noticed an extra pepperoni in the mix. I ask another guy who drives where does it go. He gets it and just randomly fucking throws it in with an order. THats when the manager, unoccupied by her cell phone at this moment, decides to walk over. I tell her I think theres something wrong. She then tells me to get off the oven and Im not allowed to catch teh pizza anymore. At this point Im like, WTF? I try to explain, but its pointless. FF>>> today. I show up, make a few deliveries, the norm. Seems like were getting along. So were standing around. she walks out and fucking tells me to get outta the way when Im not within 5 fucking feet of anybody. She then tells me, Just for that, youve got to clean the bathrooms. 
I go in there and they are both spotless, I wipe the sinks and what not down and go back out. THEN, She tells me to come watch her how to clean the damn bathrooms. I mean FUCK, seriously SO, later that day, only 3 of us working, and then there was her bitch ass. Im waiting for delivery. everone is busy making pizza. Theres TWO, jUSt TWO fucking pizzas coming out of the oven. I go to get them and out of no where she stops me. Im like, Im sure I can handle boxing two pizzas. Shes like, no, no your not. 
SO im fucking pissed, I havent done a damn thing to piss her off and she still treats me like shit. and Im not the only one. She gave her bf?(the guy that just threw the extra pizza in the order) a delivery thats known well for tipping, even though it was the other guys turn to go out. SO tomorrow Im going to tell her after she cashes me out that I need my last check 
Its my first rant, and I just need to get this stupid fucking shit, off my chest. Ive gone through like 2 cans of copenhagen and I need to wake up at 8in the Damn morning but Im so FUCKing PIsseD that I cant sleep.

You're going about this all wrong. Stay there and keep your mouth shut. Soak up the abuse, document all the ways she passes favoritism on to her boyfriend, then trot down to your friendly neighborhood EEO/unemployment office and claim sexual harassment the minute she fires you/you quit. After all, I'm sure if you were boinking her you'd get all the peach assignments too.Trust me.
