I usually make my own avatars.
It has to be 175x95
If you find something you like and you need it cropped or scaled up or down, post the pic here and I'll help you out.

I think most people just make their own avatars. Make sure it is at the correct size & aspect ratio (175x95), and then upload it to your Profile.
