Does a preban rifle have any value to a non ban state? If the ban was put into affect again since law can not be back dated the ban date would change to a current date. With that in mind would a preban AR have any value in a non ban state?

P.S. Only asking because I am in need of transportation and looking at parting with my preban bushmaster

no it's just a rifle in a no ban state. Sell it to someone in a ban state.

It is worth a little more to someone in a ban state.

Pre-bans usually sell quick on the EE as long as the seller keeps the asking price reasonable.
