Cheap IBA's are available near every military base and National Guard unit. Some shitbag gets short of money and sells his issued one. The one the OP has was most likely acquired in this manner. Nobody that paid full price for one would ever let it go for $60, and there aren't any other ways to get one. You either buy it from a legitimate source or steal it from the military. |
