Does anyone have a ready made individual to individual firearm transfer form ???/ This would just have the sellers information, the firearms information and the buyer info.

I am looking for something like the 4473 but for individual to individual sales. Is there a link to a place that I can download this type of form or be able to edit someone elses form ??
