Thats a pretty vague description....
Pics would help.
If it has Korean writing on it, I doubt it's a Remington.

You can get an actual "new" Remington for about a hundred or so bucks more.
If it's old it might be a 721 (kind of chunky looking) but I don't know about Korean writing.

I'd research it some more. It's very possible that we gave / loaned Remington 03's to Korea during and shortly after WW2 as they were considered a 2nd line rifle for US Forces and at that time we were already planning for the ultimate confrontation against international communism.

It could be an 03-A3 Springfield.  Some of these were made by Remington in WWII and it could have been sent to Korea during the Korean Wa..  If it is, $200 is a steal at current prices for 03 Springfields.   $500 - $600 is what most seem to be going for if they are in good condition.

I really wont have any money in it ,got a bunch of old  left over parts off a couple bikes i parted out and i just kinda threw that 200 bucks out there to ,heck i could give him barter stuff and i would come out ahead.  just seeing if anyone had ever heard of a rifle like this when gun is in hand i will take and post a few pics, he did tell me they shot it a couple weeks back and said it was actually pretty accurate,
