When adjusting shelves in your gun safe... take everything off the damn shelf! Otherwise, your brand new Grizzly LAR lower might fall off and get a nice, big ding above where the buffer tube screws in. I'm not saying that it happened, I'm just saying make sure you take stuff off shelves before you adjust them. This is your PSA for the day. Carry on.

Along similar lines, make sure your ammo shelves have enough support. Cleaning several thousand rounds out of a closet or safe floor can be a really annoying way to spend an evening.

I'd never admit to making such a mistake! I'm just saying that people should be careful when adjusting their shelves.

My wife just learned a lesson: Your commute home will take an hour longer if you get on the interstate going south instead of the interstate going north and don't realize until you hit downtown Boston.
