So I don't have any experience as a community organizer, but I've been paying attention so I'll give it a try. I think I speak for all for all non-team members when I say we need Avatars, and sig lines, and access to BOTD. It's not our fault we can't afford membership. We need to unite and force the site staff to recognize us. We need internet justice. We need to spread the bandwidth around. I say we demand that we tax the team members and provide the right that is the archives to everyone by providing all members with team status.
