I had one on my shoulder blade once that abscessed and had it cut out in a dermatologists office. Green / Yellow stinky goo flew all over the assistant when Doc cut it and she ran from the room gagging.

I hope they swabbed it with denatured alcohol, and sterilized the blade, then flushed and irrigated the cyst cavity with saline solution...but I doubt it.

I should organize a field trip to the county morgue here for a few of the folks here, one becomes desensitized to stuff like this pretty quick.

Learn something new every day here. I just went and looked up what a pilonidal cyst was...turns out I still have the scar from one when I was 15...right at the top of my "ass cleft"...right where the article on them said it would be.

That fucker HUUURT!!! I remember they had to drain it, the doc said "most grown men I have seen with these would be crying by now". I figured he was just makin' me feel better about it, but it was about 3x the size of that one in the OP vid, and right at the top of my ass cleft...very painful. Once it was drained they had to put a "wick" in it...no big deal....til they had to pull it out....good lord that hurt almost worse than the cyst..er...the pilondial cyst, that is. :)
