Where from that video do you get that it's from J&J Armory? Also what 2 gas blocks are you talking about?  All I see is a flip up front style gas block.  Your post makes no sense what so ever.

What makes you think J&J Armory had anything to do with that video?

I know the guys who work there, and neither of those two guys are employees.

J&J Armory is one of a handful of remaining FFL's who will still transfer off-list AR-15 lower receivers to CA residents.
