Is this really what it's like down south?
VIDEO ETA- After just returning from the DMV I think this video could very possibly be from North Dakota

I can only plead ignorance because the farthest south I have been is Colorado Springs Then, my yankee brother, it is way past time for a road trip! May I suggest? Myrtle Beach SC, or Charleston SC, Maybe Savanah GA. Be sure to bring the sunblock! Hessian-1

For the most part, no. You have white trash in the south just like I have white trash here in WNY. Missing teeth, Budweiser flags flying from a tall CB anttenae, mullets, lifted trucks, trailers, fat chain smoking welfare recipients trolling along in their motorized scooter with a line of filthy kids in tow? I've seen all that in the south, and I've seen it here in rural NY too. Well, actually...the Bud flag I saw at a truckstop in Dansville, NY last summer. He was also flying a Rebel flag; that was weird to see in the North. The truck had NY plates, too. The one thing are sure to find in the South; good, good BBQ. I've eaten some of the best BBQ available in the South. When it comes to ribs, nothing beats Western Carolina ribs–– thick, molasses based sauce. Eastern Carolina's thinner, vinegary ribs are second with me. 'Bama's mustard based sauce is just weird though. |

I'd absolutely love to take a trip to the East/Southeast part of the U.S. I have relatives out East that have invited me many times but it just never seems to work out. As a adult I have only been to ND,SD,MN,MT,WY, and CO so my travel experience is slim to none |
