Just curious. I was doing some mail and using one of the many sheets of free address labels we get from various charities begging for money. Most of them are people we gave money to in the past so I have zero guilt using them. Some aren't and we've pretty much stopped charity donations since we're both unemployed. So what do you do? |

I refuse to be "guilted" into anything. I keep the dollar bills they send. I keep the address labels if I like them. |

Hell yes. Using them is better than throwing them in the trash.
FWIW I give to the charities I believe in every December (which makes keeping track of my contributions easier for me). LOTS of others ask me for money all the time. I never give any money in response to mail, phone or door-to-door solicitations (although my wife sometimes does). |

I contribute to the USO every year and am proud to use the address labels they send as a small thank you for my donations.
I believe they (the USO) do wonders in helping our service men & women to feel appreciated and to know that those of us 'back home' do care about their service and sacrifices for our country. The USO and NRA-ILA are the only two organizations I contibute to, regularly...other than donating my time as current President of our local Crime Stoppers chapter. |
