Just went shooting today - first time in about 6 months.
It's official...I HATE THE G19! Tiny little piece of shit with too much recoil! I remember being able to shoot my 9mm Walther P99 with NO muzzle climb at all. I could shoot it, and the slide would come back, and slam forward and be right on target. Loved that little gun - hated the trigger though, so I sold it. This G19 bounces all over the damn place. I don't have huge hands by any means, but it is too damn small for me. Did I mention it's fat too? 
I'm going to trade it for a P99 QA. Hopefully I like that trigger.

that is all. This, I hated my G19. Sold it off to a noob friend. Now the G26 I love. Extremely accurate and less recoil then the G19. I supposed the different recoil spring and mechanism makes a difference here. |

Dude, I think you need to work on your grip or something...if the G19 is bouncing all over the place...hmm....  Seriously, not trying to be an ass...

ONLY the G19. I'm fine with practically all other 9mm. I think it would work better for people with smaller hands....like ALL YOU WOMEN!

I'm guessing you don't shoot with your wrists locked. 9mm and "too much recoil" does not compute. When shooting my hot 147gr loads, the muzzle barely rises, and I can follow the front sight through the recoil and slide movement. You just need to practice more. Glad to see we are approaching our Glock bashing thread quota for the week...

If thats the case, you aren't getting the web of your hand high enough up on the backstrap, it is also the reason you are getting too much muzzle flip.  |

that is all. G19 ... too much recoil. Guffaw. Yeah, I'm a 1911 guy but I don't have any issue with "recoil" from my G19. Yeah it's fat and the finger grips are WAY off from normal hands, [sorry Glock but someone had girly fingers when those things were cut into the mold] but recoil? Meh............. |

I agree. I handled one the other day in the gun shop and I can see how the grip is too small. I guess it would be great for somebody with girl sized hands. I prefer the G17 grip. The G19 grip is a tad small, but that's why it's good for concealed-carry. |

I can do this on other 9mm handguns too. Even the G17, but not on the G19
