| I think that one of the reasons for few replies is that, no matter how much we might want 2010 to work out better for conservatives, few of us expect it to happen. The mechanism just isn't there. The Republican Party is "Dem-Lite", and 3rd parties are just not viable (at the national level, at least). Plus, the Dems control the media, and therefore, they control the discussion. Unless one of the current national level (or nationally recognized) Republicans suddenly discovers a set of balls and starts leading the rest of them (while shoving RINOs to the side), there will be no change in 2010. |
