They were good. Need to get my smoker from my folks house. I used a dry rub and a local BBQ sauce, Grovers in Topeka KS. |

Quoted: In before photokirk. Unfortunately, I do not currently own an outdoor BBQ rig. I feel slightly ashamed of myself for admitting this as I do love to smoke, grill and BBQ stuff. When I do, I usually just go over the my friend's house and use his. I am working on a design for a home built rig and will put it together when I get some extra time. MAX

Weber E310 natural gas grill. Seriously, the best $700 I ver spent. I have mine hardwired to the house and although thats not my house it looks exactly like the one pictured. http://i44.tinypic.com/fpa6ug.jpg We are closing on our house one week from today and I plan to buy the Spirit version of that grill shortly after. I've also noticed at least one smoker in this thread that appears to be a CookShack. Love mine! |

This maybe for another thread but being a welder I feel the need to see some pics of some of the 'home grown' smokers.... I've got a line on a few sheets of 14ga. A-500 that would be the start of a great pit and need some ideas to steal!!!! |

Motion to make gas grills a banning offense... Going once... The man from Washington seconds the motion. Denied. Most gas grill owners also have charcoal grills on site. I don't. I can char broil a steak with gas too. Might come out a little burnt but its still good.
