I don't think this has been done before. Post a pic of your BBQ(or grill).

I know some of the people here have some really nice set ups.

We need a new one.

I did them 5 hours in the oven at around 300 IIRC and then 2 hours on my Blue Ember gas grill out back on a lower setting. They were good. Need to get my smoker from my folks house. I used a dry rub and a local BBQ sauce, Grovers in Topeka KS.

Unfortunately, I do not currently own an outdoor BBQ rig. I feel slightly ashamed of myself for admitting this as I do love to smoke, grill and BBQ stuff. When I do, I usually just go over the my friend's house and use his. I am working on a design for a home built rig and will put it together when I get some extra time.

We are closing on our house one week from today and I plan to buy the Spirit version of that grill shortly after.

I've also noticed at least one smoker in this thread that appears to be a CookShack.  Love mine!

ETA:  I'm back.  I also have a Weber 22" kettle and I have a Weber Smokey Joe for camping.

So far it has only cooked two steaks and two burgers, but I've only had it for three days so....
