| Good idea! We can have a condom tax czar which will fall under the "fucking and procreation" branch of the IRS! Of course if we tax condomswe will need to subsidize condoms for those who cannot afford said condoms so really it should be a .25 cent tax which will pay for condoms to be distributed to fuckheads to stupid to afford or buy condoms anyways! |
