They don't hurt us too badly... In general they have a positive influence. We wouldn't need them... But people would prefer to pay someone else to call their representatives for them, instead of doing it themselves.  GOA and JPFOA have better positions... but not near the clout. |

...but send out fundraising junk mail. I get at least one a week, sometimes more.
I want to know what their fundraising budget is because they sure spend a lot of money sending out those fancy envelopes. Do they think I'm made of money? And while we're on this topic, why were they nowhere to be found in the landmark 2A case of this decade, or any of the subsequent cases? I'm sure I'll get flamed by the folks who think the NRA walks on water, but I paid my membership and now I want to know what they are doing besides pissing me off with all the junk mail. |
