I'm 18, so carrying a gun isn't really a realistic option (open carry is legal in PA, but it's not well-known that it is, and I'm uncomfortable OCing in my area. I also don't own a handgun, and I can't really afford one right now). I already carry a knife, but some kind of spray seems like a useful addition.

So, what's the best?

Is IWB considered open, if it isn't covered up?

I have a feeling that would depend on the cop

Good question, I wouldn't risk it... As far as I know it has to be entirely visible as a gun for it to be considered "open". Atleast in NH.

I was just checking out Galls, it has fox labs. What does the mk 3, 4 mean? Furthermore would the highest amount of oc be the best?

I carry Sabre (even when CCW). I tested an expired one I had on a piece of paper, and even getting remotely close to it got me choked up and teary eyed, so I figure it must be GTG. I even got the pink breast cancer one they make for the girlfriend.

That's what I carry on duty... it works quite well, just ask the local crackheads

I let my friend spray me with it, it was unpleasant.
