lately my connection to AFcom is prone to locking up and slow a lot! Is it the AFcom server or is there some setting for my cpu or something that I can do at my end?

Once you hit 10k posts , your fed through a faster server.................even faster at 20k (or so I've heard)

its not all of the time , just every other time screen lock ups, slow loads, etc....

virus scans and spyware scans say all is clear I just wondered if anyone one else has had lock ups and slow loads every now and then?

No. ARF has been pretty quick lately.
My ISP did jack up their DNS about a week ago.
I just checked the NETSOL record and hard coded it in the host file.

My Kung Fu with CPU is never weak so My cpu skills are quite limited and I am left with very basic options at my end of things. I was hoping that someone has had experienced something similar and had a fix.

it's probably your ISP or their DNS servers.

Yep, locks up for me every once in a while. Only website doing it, I was staring to wonder whats up.
I was hoping that someone has had experienced something similar and had a fix.
