Noticed yesterday that a neighbor was having his septic tank pumped.

I got to thinking, we've lived here going on 24 years and have never had

that done.  We do flush those chemicals down the stool each month (When

I remember to do so) so maybe that's why we have never had any trouble?

Can this go on indefinately??

Just wait until the poopoo comes back up out of the toilet.

you might want to get it done anyways because even with the rid-x eventually the tank will fill with solids.
oh and its so close to a poop topic I can almost smell it.

Edit and if you don't the drain field will get full of stuff and have to be replaced witch is expensive.

Well the real question is do you drop mainly battle ships or rabbit pellets when you flush?

Battleships besides having a hard time making it down the hole seem to clog the system faster than pellets.

The really difficult ones are the ring jobs. You know what I'm talking about. The log that goes all the way around the bowl and you stand there wondering if you should take a pic or not...

I'm pretty sure they recommend having it cleaned out ever 3 years or so, depending on family size. That reminds me...

Does RidX actually help though

I have seen plumbers on the site state that a gallon of sour milk poured down the toilet once per month would just about put them out of business...

No.  Your #2 has plenty of the bad stuff your septic tank needs to be "healthy".

The guy who cleaned my septic tank recommended against RidX and suggested baker's yeast if I decided to add anything.
