I'm editing some videos in Movie Maker and I am very new to this.  I would like to take some of th still frames and save them as still images.  Is there a way to do that?

I suck at this multimedia stuff but somehow I am stuck with this little project.

If I'm not mistaken I believe there is a camera button in the preview pane.  Click on it and you should be able to save to a specified folder.
