Anyone got one? I'm thinking about making a mount to fit the one I just ordered to my rifle....

Wickedlasers

For the record, I had one before, but lost it.

I just ordered the Executive Fusion 125 Mw

Get the green laser. Some of those can shoot up to I think its 45+ miles into space, talking about getting the neighborhoods attention. That and shoot them through a window or something when its raining at night.

You will find that the DPSS crystal alignment (of a laser pen) will not take the shock of being on a firearm.

Also, please be aware that at laser output greater than 15 milliwatts or so, there is a danger of permanent retinal damage from partial reflections.  At 125 milliwatts, your retina will be burned far faster than you can blink.  I am sure the Wicked Laser people will include safety information with your laser––please read it front to back, think about it, then read it again.

And remember the warning sticker:  "BIG SCARY LASER:  Do not look into beam with remaining good eye!"

Get some laser goggles if you're going to mess with that stuff.  You only get one set of eyes, and even reflections can nail your retinas with higher-powered lasers.

I just got a 50mW green laser pointer, and it is fantastic! Dazzling bright. 50mW is more than enough.
I could not find anything local expect a complete POS at Target for $12. Cheap throwaway crap.
This green on is very nice and was only $20 (plus the shipping of course).
Some idiot at Walmart tried to tell me that laser pointers were illegal
Said his friend got questioned by the PO PO because he was pointing one at people.

They're cool if a bit pricey. I have a friend who's got one.

And was his friend in Jr High? Ive noticed the children enjoy pointing lasers at people, usually the genitalia or forehead. They feel like they are bad asses in splinter cell.

Way too expensive.  You can find them much cheaper on the net.
