Ok, looking for another early 70s to early 80s firearm with a preference for military style semi auto rifles.
I already have Colt SP1 rifles and carbines, mostly green labels. I also have a Armalite AR-180, Mini 14 GB folder, HK 91, HK 93, FN FAL, FN Para, Springfield M1A, IMI Galil AR, Steyr AUGA1 and about half a dozen pre89 Polytech AKs. What am I still missing? |

Ammo. I'm good to go. Still sitting on 50k rounds of most calibers. I bought my ammo back in '87. Well shit, I'm jealous. Unfortunately back in the day when ammo was cheap (think 10 year or more) I was a poor college student and couldn't stockpile. If i could only take money back there now, I'd have 100's of thousands of rounds. Damn my mom not getting knocked up 10 years earlier.

I don't mind spending "preban" coin for a decent rifle but when there are like 25 of them in the country I gotta take a pass. Nice rifle but it will be awhile before I own one. |
