If someone drafted up language for a Constitutional Amendment to clarify and confirm the RKBA (say, ensuring that capacity of a firearm, size of a firearm, calibre, use in criminal activites or reloading capability, etc were never to be used in determining whether a citizen could purchase said firearm, and confirm a host of other things)...
Are there 34 states that would support the application to hold an Article V convention? Are there 38 states that would ratify it? Poll inbound. |
